These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Søvna website and your purchase of products from Søvna, a brand operated by Primedexa ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this site or place an order. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; the version in effect on the date of your order applies to that order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display product specifications, dimensions, photographs, and prices accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or any product details are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, availability, or descriptions and to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders containing errors.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. We accept all major credit cards and the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
5. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or pricing errors. A confirmation email is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance — a separate shipping notice indicates final acceptance and dispatch.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Product Use & Installation
- You are responsible for confirming that your home electrical service meets the product's requirements (120V or 240V circuit as specified) before purchase.
- 240V models require professional installation by a licensed electrician.
- Outdoor saunas require a level, well-drained foundation and adequate clearance for ventilation.
- You assume all risk associated with sauna use. Do not use if pregnant, intoxicated, taking medication, or with a heart, blood-pressure, or skin condition without consulting a physician.
9. Warranty
New saunas purchased through this site come with the manufacturer's limited warranty as described on the product page or in the included documentation. Warranty terms vary by model. Warranty service requires proof of purchase and registration where applicable. Damage caused by improper installation, modification, neglect, or non-domestic use is not covered.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, photography, logos, the "Søvna" mark, the "Primedexa" mark, product names, and design elements — is the property of Primedexa or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primedexa, Søvna, and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or our products, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Primedexa, Søvna, and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your misuse of any product.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
